Big East Fork is a magical place where memories are etched for a lifetime. McKinney Farm & Hospitality will help you coordinate and plan your wedding. With approximately 2000 acres of forest punctuated by trails, lakes, streams, pavilions, stages, and 15 homes (a collection of charming cottages and beautiful homes), Big East Fork is a magnificent place for destination weddings where all can spend a joyous weekend together.

Lodging Package | $4,000 and includes the following

Two nights at 2 Fork Inn homes (if available, we recommend Center Lodge and Lakeside Lodge) sleeping up to 30 guests

Access to Lakeside pavilion, to include use for rehersal dinner.

Access to hiking trails, Lake Gratitude, Lakeside Pavilion and Big East Fork Farms

Additional homes available to accommodate up to 75 guests

Reception
Reception Dinner | $2,500 and includes the following
Tables, chairs, linens, glasses, flatware for up to 75 in McKinney Greenhouse and 200 when including surrounding outdoor area.

There are countless options for the dinner itself, from food trucks and blue grass music to a five course meal prepared on site over live fires.

1 / How do I secure my day?
​To secure your day, we require half (1/2) of the total payment along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is not due until thirty (30) days before your scheduled event.

3 / What are the requirements?
1. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
2. An event insurance policy - a one-day, $1,000,000 policy. You can go through any agency to acquire this policy.

4 / Do you have preferred vendors?
We have preferred vendors but are happy to consider others. Preferred vendors, having worked with us before, are particularly well suited to handle your needs.
5 / Clean-Up
We encourage guests to recycle and take care of clean-up, There is a recycling center in Leipers Fork, 12-15 minutes away.
6 / Handicap Accessible
Golf cart is available to transport those needing assistance. Center Lodge has a handicap accessible bathroom.
7 / Transportation
We suggest that a van is rented by the wedding couple and one or two individuals of the wedding party be identified to shuttle guests about the properties. While all properties are in close proximity (within a 2-4 minute drive) they are not within short walking distance. If you are up for a hike, then they certainly are!
8 / Do you require a wedding planner or coordinator?
You’re in luck! Our packages include a wedding coordinator to help with all details leading up to your big day, as well as coordination for your rehearsal and event.
9 / What do you and your staff do?
We arrive 1 – 2 ½ hours prior to your event and are there for the entirety of it to handle anything you may need.
10 / What if it rains?
Not to worry! Our Farm Pavilion provides a covered venue for inclement weather.
11 / Can we use the property for engagement pictures?
Absolutely! All wedding packages include use of space and property for engagement sessions. Contact us to book your appointment!
12 / What about a rehersal and dinner?
Our package ensures you get the day before to decorate, rehearse, and have a relaxing rehearsal dinner at Lake Gratitude.
13 / What dates are available?

14 / Do I need to book a tour, or can I just stop by?
Tours are by appointment only due to ongoing events, but we do our absolute best to accommodate your schedule and make ourselves available at a time that works best for you.
15 / Do you have parking?
Yes, we have considerable parking, including adjacent spaces next to all event locations. You can also contract with a shuttle company or use ride share services like Uber and Lyft.
16 / Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes! Just make sure it’s served by your licensed bartender!
17 / What time do events end?
Music and events must end by 11:00pm
